香港管弦樂團及音樂總監梵志登為各位音樂愛好者帶來一場生日音樂會，演奏大家耳熟能詳的曲目，在人日給樂迷送上一份禮物。是次音樂會為一個共融節目，適合任何人士包括特殊需要的社群於友善的環境欣賞美樂，讓大眾可以一起享受音樂的樂趣。
- 每場音樂會長約 75 分鐘，不設中場休息。
