Po Leung Kuk Tong Nai Kan Junior Secondary College (TNK) presents the Silver Jubilee Art Exhibition. Through students' digital art works, visitors will be guided on a tour of TNK on the space and time axis.
Combining technology and art, students of TNK reinterpret the educational phenomenon "STEM" in the most creative manner. In the four exhibition areas "S", "T", "E", and "M", visitors can enjoy a unique campus tour through this unconventional art exhibition:
"S" stands for "Space". Through 3D illusion paintings, visitors are led into the TNK campus and peeps into the feature campus construction.
“T” stands for “Time”. Through the "memory trail" full of memories and records, visitors can immerse into the good old days of TNK under the leadership of the three principals at different stages. Reminiscing about the past and welcoming the future, a series of cylindrical mirror anamorphosis art installations are created to see the future of TNK in the eyes of students through different angles of plane and mirror cylinders!
"E" stands for "Electronic". In the interactive projection area, through the interaction with digital paintings, visitors can experience TNK's vibrant technology education.
“M” stands for “Metropolis". Augmented reality (AR) art works allow visitors to travel between reality and virtual reality easily, and to enjoy the richness of learning activities in TNK, just like the abundance in the future metroverse.
About Po Leung Kuk Tong Nai Kan Junior Secondary College
Po Leung Kuk Tong Nai Kin Junior Secondary College was founded in 1997. It served the society as a practical school at the beginning, later transforming into a grammar school which provided the CE level education. Our school and Po Leung Kuk Vicwood KT Chong Sixth Form College have joined forces to operate as a through-train aided secondary school since 2006, becoming the first subsidized junior secondary school. To celebrate the Silver Jubilee, the school held a series of celebration activities to share the educational achievements over the years with students, parents and the community.
