「次谐波橘色深渊」迈克·凯利大中华区首场个展

迈克·凯利是公认当代最有抱负、最具影响力的艺术家之一。他从多样的高低端文化中汲取灵感，挖掘日常生活中平凡的事物，以此质疑和拆解西方对于当代艺术和文化的固有概念。

2022 年 10 月 27 日，豪瑟沃斯香港将隆重呈献这位已故洛杉矶艺术家于大中华区的首场个展「迈克·凯利：次谐波橘色深渊」。展览将与迈克·凯利艺术基金会合作举办，重点呈现凯利生涯后期的重要创作，包括「坎多」系列。凯利最早于 1999 年开始创作该系列，尝试以不同形式表现着名漫画英雄「超人」的出生地坎多市。坎多可谓凯利的灵感来源，他为此进行长达 12 年的创作与沉思，聚焦于文化记忆、时间流逝，以及乌托邦愿景等。

而本次展览除了呈现「坎多」系列中最为标志性的丰富视觉效果，以及雕塑、透镜里的精湛制作技术之外，亦将带来凯利于 2007 年首次在德国雅布隆卡画廊「坎多」展览里展示的三部风格各异的影像作品。
